This Just Might Be The Right Time...

Are you concerned about your job? Is your company's future in doubt? Is your own financial future in tact? We are all feeling the effects of the crisis in our economy. Companies are folding left and right. We all see the signs in shopping centers and on office buildings that say "Available Now," "Free Rent," "Space Available," and "going Out Of Business Sale."

Companies that did not have or did not take the opportunity to tighten their belts, reduce their overhead, and start to "think outside the box" are going by the wayside. At the same time, many companies are flurishing. Those companies took the steps necessary to survive in this economy. The strong will survive, and the strong are surviving.

If you think you have what it takes, THIS JUST MIGHT BE THE RIGHT TIME for you to think about entering the wonderful world of business ownership. Many sellers are of retirement age. The have perfectly sound businesses. They took the proper steps to reduce their overhead. They are doing great. They are ready to enjoy the fruits of their labor and they are willing to sell their businesses at a reduced cost. BUT WAIT!!

You might be thinking that you can't afford to make a purchase like this right now. Consider this: Sellers are now acting as bankers. That's right! The sellers are now financing the buyers at low interest rates and at affordable terms so that the buyer is certain to make a success out of the business. The sellers are staying available to the buyers to help them with advice when the buyers request. The sellers, in order for the buyers to pay them back, need to be available to give advice to the buyers so that the business purchase is a win-win for both.

I have 14 years experience in helping both sellers and buyers in my business brokerage career.
